Do I need to use an app for the discount?Yes! Download our app to access instant discounts and track your rewards in real-time.

Can I use the discount on any item?Yes! Your instant discount applies to your entire bill, including food and drinks, unless otherwise specified.

Is there a limit on how many times I can use the discount?There’s no limit! You’ll receive an instant discount every time you visit, as long as you’re enrolled in the rewards program.

Can I combine this discount with other offers?Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, but you'll always get the best deal available.

Is there an expiration date for the instant discount?No! Your instant discount is available for immediate use, with no expiration date for the basic program.

How does preloading fund works and how to do it?You select 1 of 3 bonus options that each restaurant offers. The more money you load to the restaurant, the more the discount. Once the fund is loaded, you pay bill using the Joy app when you get your check or paying for your meal.
